## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work through the night on Sundays and Saturdays from 22:00 to 06:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, deliver style advice, and recommend products to customers. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. You'll be a team player, contributing to a positive and high-energy environment. You'll be flexible, working across various areas of the store and adapting to changing demands.
