## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Data to join our team at Capital One. As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the development of a modern, evolving data ecosystem that drives real-time intelligent experiences.

The Enterprise Data team is a cross-functional team that aligns product, tech, design, machine learning, and risk partners to build a unified data destination centered around major modern platforms like OneStream and One Lake.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strengthening data trust through smart automation

- Scaling prioritized data products

- Expanding the use of external data

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

- Human Centered: Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

- Business Focused: Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

- Technology Driven: Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value

- Integrated Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

- Transformational Leadership: Leads cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900

- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
