## Description

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on 'self-starter' who stays ahead of industry trends and fosters strong collaborative relationships across our Technical, Quality Control, and Operations departments.

Within the OEM/Automotive Fluids R&D group, we develop cutting-edge lubricants for a diverse range of vehicles,from everyday passenger cars to high-performance off-road racing machines. Beyond innovation, we provide critical technical expertise to our partners in Product Management, Sales, and Quality.

Reporting to the R&D Group Leader, the successful candidate will drive team success by formulating and testing next-generation automotive fluids.

## Skills

### Required
- Master in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Bachelor with a minimum of two years' experience working in a technical role
- Familiar with lab procedures and testing
- Able to conduct hands-on laboratory experiments and tests in an organized and safe manner
- Excellent record keeping and documenting skills
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to organize and summarize results and present it to the technical group
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

- Experience in Product development and product modifications
