## Description

As a Senior Associate - IT System Engineer at Davies, you will work on and lead multiple technical projects, managing a backlog of continuous service improvement (CSI) processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the design and provision of IT solutions for full lifecycle mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects and group strategic projects.

- Collaborating with project delivery teams, technical architects, stakeholders, end-users, and third-party vendors to drive integration, support migrations, and contribute to the successful rollout of IT systems.

- Evaluating changes and providing solutions for stakeholder review.

- Adhering to and enforcing all business policies.

- Creating and maintaining documentation, including system configurations, processes, knowledge articles, test and project plans.

- Escalating issues to the Lead System Engineer, Technical Value Manager, or Project Manager.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements across services and networks, and managing a CSI backlog.

- Working with the wider IT teams to drive integration.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven experience with Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory management.

- Good knowledge of M365.

- Understanding of core networking services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, and LDAP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex technical landscapes.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Familiarity with automated monitoring and alerting tools and reporting.
