## Description

As a Senior Manager on the Talent Assessment team at Capital One, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative selection strategies to secure outstanding and diverse talent across the enterprise.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building alignment on project decisions and developing trusted partner relationships with senior HR leaders and partners

- Communicating results of statistical analyses and their implications to technical and non-technical audiences

- Leading the design, development, validation, testing, and implementation of practical and effective selection tools and processes

- Mentoring team members to improve interaction models and build trust

- Overseeing the development and maintenance of large data sets for analyses on various selection and assessment programs

- Serving as an analyst for selection tool evaluation and reporting, including business impact analyses

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate competencies in areas such as execution, partnership, strategic and analytic orientation, business communication, results focus, and analysis.

The basic qualifications for this role include:

- Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

- At least 5 years of work experience in talent assessment, development, or management

- At least 5 years of employee selection and assessment work experience

- At least 4 years of experience in consulting

- At least 3 years of data analysis experience conducting analyses and building statistical models in R, Python, or SQL

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $200,700 - $229,100, depending on location.
