### About the Role

Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of a dynamic brand and product ambassador program. They understand Red Bull's target group and drive the brand image and product understanding on their university campus and in their region.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events.

### Responsibilities

- Be a Brand and Product Ambassador: Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way, grow the user base through product sampling, and build an insight-driven plan to engage students.

- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers, collaborate on opening new distribution points, and ensure perfect execution of store standards.

- Executional Excellence: Deliver high-quality execution, maintain Student Marketeer tools, and plan and report activities via an online platform.

### Experience

- Second or third-year student.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends.

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

- Valid driving license required.
