## Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President. In this role, you will manage and supervise a team of corporate action staff to provide operational support and services for corporate action events processing.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards of customer service delivery

- Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

- Review and recommend improvements to the operations workflow for process streamlining and effectiveness

- Perform transaction approval processes on daily operations

- Monitor and ensure instructions are delivered within custodian deadline times and funding cut-off times

- Review daily control sheets and reports to ensure exceptional cases are closely monitored

- Prepare investigation reports, including operational loss reports for management review and approval

- Monitor the service standards of custodians, including participation in service review meetings

- Handle customer complaints and perform investigations to identify root causes with prompt service recovery

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of the market and banking products across all related asset classes

- Solid experience in corporate action and securities operations

- Familiarity with the securities market and banking practices

- Strong numerical skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Ability to meet tight deadlines

- Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
