## Description

The Workplace Experience team at Electronic Arts oversees workplace environments and employee experiences globally. As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will focus on creating experiences and spaces that directly affect employee effectiveness, provide a healthy physical office environment, and build community and connectedness among employees.

You will work with the People Experience, Real Estate, IT, and Security teams, as well as studio partners to plan and deliver integrated programs and events. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct support to the Workplace Experience Manager (Site Lead)

- Developing working relationships with departments and partners

- Understanding vendor negotiations and cost management

- Overseeing third-party vendors for office services

- Managing the EA Montreal Company Store

- Communicating with employees through various channels

- Planning and implementing studio-wide events and engagement programs

- Developing and implementing processes and procedures related to Workplace Experience functions

- Introducing and implementing new programming and services

- Supporting the onsite Occupational Health Program and participating in quarterly joint Health and Safety reviews

- Maintaining studio cleanliness and aesthetics to EA standards

- Supporting sustainability programming and related utility data collection

- Working with Studio and other support departments on new hire onboarding and employee and departure processes

- Being on call 24/7 in case of emergency

The ideal candidate will have:

- Operational ownership and analytical problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills in French and English

- College coursework or equivalent in a related area

- Three or more years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or similar environments

- Hospitality experience an advantage
