## Description

Squishable is a team of designers, artists, and pop-culture enthusiasts creating cute and unusual plush products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high brand and operational standards.

### Responsibilities

- Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store

- Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously

- Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable environment in the store

- Process inbound shipments

- Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines

- Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned

### Qualifications

- Reasonably open availability, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment

- Familiarity with Square or a similar POS system

- The ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs.

- Must be 18 or older

### Compensation

- Pay rate is $15.00 per hour
