## Description

Howden - Commercial & Schemes are seeking an Account Executive to support their team. The role involves direct relationship management with B2B partners in the Education sector, specifically focusing on student accommodation.

Responsibilities:

- Ongoing account management and renewal for the existing portfolio

- Effectively manage relationships with key decision-makers within partnerships

- Exceed annual targets

- Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders

- Manage own diary and book appointments and meetings

- Support onsite events and conferences

- Travel to partner meetings and attend client promotional events

Knowledge:

- Experience in the University and/or accommodation sector is an advantage but not essential

Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand people and build rapport, adapt communication styles accordingly

- Ability to exceed individual targets and deadlines

- Multi-tasking and organisational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to manage own diary, working to tight deadlines with accuracy of work

Qualifications:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
