## Job Overview

As a Partner Success Lead at Anthropic, you will own the outcome of customer engagements across a set of managed partners in EMEA. Your goal will be to ensure that partners complete work on scope, customer Claude usage grows, and the outcome is satisfactory for the customer to request the partner again.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome.

- Run weekly delivery reviews and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the at-risk account review.

- Unblock issues such as partner capacity, scope creep, and customer readiness.

- Track delivery quality and consumption across your book.

- Build senior relationships with managed partners' practice and delivery leadership.

- Develop each partner's Claude practice, focusing on certified bench depth and repeatable offerings.

- Convert successful strategies into reusable best practices.

- Conduct quarterly practice reviews with partners.

- Present to various audiences, including partner executives and Anthropic leadership.

- Manage funding requests from partners and recommend co-investment and program funding.

- Coordinate handoffs with Partner Sales, Partner Delivery, and other teams.

- Monitor your book's performance using key metrics.

- Utilize Claude telemetry to inform your decisions and actions.

## Requirements:

- Experience managing a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements.

- Ability to build structure and programmatic motions out of in-flight work.

- Track record of delivering completed work and driving customer behavior.

- Judgment on delivery quality and escalation.

- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

- Understanding of customer success in a usage-based business.

- Technical fluency to be credible in delivery reviews.

- Active daily use of Claude or another large language model.

## Preferred Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience working with consulting and systems integration partners.

- Direct experience with systems integrators.

- Experience running at-risk account reviews and turning stalled work around.

- Experience anchoring a surge team.

- Depth in a specific industry vertical.

- Experience stewarding co-investment funding.

- Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads.

## Logistics

- Annual Salary: £215,000-£250,000 GBP

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Required field of study: Relevant to the role

- Minimum years of experience: Correlates with internal job level requirements

- Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time
