Join Engine by Starling, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business that's revolutionising the global banking industry. We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney.

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you'll work on real-world problems from day one, building new features from scratch and delivering amazing outcomes for our global clients. You'll collaborate with small teams across the company, own and deliver projects, and contribute to our learning culture.

**Responsibilities**

- Build & Innovate: Contribute to our award-winning platform and internal tools, building new features and products in a configurable way.

- Collaborate: Work in small teams across the company to own and deliver projects.

- Learn & Grow: Share your knowledge and stay curious, contributing to our learning culture.

- Own It: Take ownership of your projects and apply yourself to various problems and challenges.

**Requirements**

- A recent university graduate or on track to graduate at the end of this academic year.

- Demonstrated ability to write quality code.

- Proven experience working in a team.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

- Open to and values feedback to improve.

- Eligible to work in Australia and ready to start a full-time position in early 2027.
