## Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at AVL Hungary Kft.

The successful candidate will handle supplier inquiries via phone and email, resolving invoice- and payment-related issues. They will receive, review, and process supplier invoices according to company procedures, manage non-compliant documents, and maintain accurate workflow records.

Key responsibilities include:

- Posting and blocking invoices for payment, including recurring and non-PO transactions

- Processing supplier and intercompany payments, including urgent payment requests

- Reconciling supplier statements, investigating discrepancies, and providing timely status updates

Requirements:

- College degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or a related finance function

- Professional proficiency in English; German is highly preferred

- Experience with IFRS or other international accounting standards

- Strong SAP knowledge

- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Ability to identify patterns and document processes when required

- Willingness to travel internationally
