## Description

We are seeking a Painter and Decorator to join our team at Kings Oak Hospital in Enfield. As a bank role, you will work on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing a painting and decorating service to Circle Health Group facilities, covering both internal and external aspects of the premises

- Offering touch-up and fabric refurbishment services on a reactive and rolling programme basis

- Providing competent advice on redecoration and fabric repair requirements throughout the facilities

- Ensuring redecoration in line with Circle Health Group property lease obligations

- Complying with all relevant mandatory training

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card at the appropriate level of qualification

- Training in high working, including PASMA/ladder use

- The ability to hang all types and styles of wall coverings

- The ability to work under your own initiative in a methodical process as required

- Previous experience working alongside contractors and others

- A working understanding of COSHH regulations

- A basic understanding of health and safety guidelines and applicable law

In return, Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £16.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience, training, and qualifications.
