## Description

We are seeking an On Premise Marketing Specialist Vending Machines to join our team in Tokyo. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop marketing tools and value-added concepts to help key accounts and business partners understand the Red Bull opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing tools and value-added concepts for key accounts and business partners.

- Create high-quality execution tools, including fully branded vending machines, to improve product availability and brand impact.

- Design distinctive vending machine activations that build brand visibility and deliver impact in the market.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and distribution, to maximize the impact of major initiatives.

- Develop the national On Premise marketing business plan in line with international guidelines.

- Track and evaluate marketing activities, sharing learnings and best practices.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Identify new ways to create customer value and improve existing marketing activities.

- Build a strong understanding of national and international marketing activities, tools, and guidelines.

- Support training and continuous coaching for teams.

Requirements:

- At least two years of experience in marketing and/or sales.

- Strong planning and project management capabilities.

- Knowledge of trade marketing, ideally including the vending machine business.

- Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.

- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams.

- Creative approach to developing solutions and bringing new ideas to life.

- Willingness to travel.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
