## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

You will represent Red Bull on your campus and in your region, driving the brand image and product understanding among university students.

Your main goals will be:

- Reach new consumers and excite university students

- Increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand on campus

- Build a strong network of relationships with key local individuals

- Drive brand engagement on social media

- Work at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers

You will be responsible for:

- Being a brand and product ambassador, living and breathing the Red Bull brand personality and company values

- Growing the user base through product sampling and awareness

- Building and executing a tailored and innovative campus plan

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals

- Driving brand engagement on social media

- Working at Red Bull events

- Delivering executional excellence and attention to detail

- Collaborating with the team and sharing ideas

- Planning and reporting activities via a dedicated online platform

- Contributing to the development of the Red Bull media business

- Building relationships with local sales account managers

- Collaborating with sales to open new distribution points

- Leveraging relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Valid driver licence

- University enrollment

- Fluency in Bosnian and English
