## Description

The Twitch legal team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing, and other commercial transactions.

- Counsel teams on legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.

- Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance.

- Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and satisfy business demands.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;

- 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space;

- Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes;

- Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams;

- Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations;

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company;

- Knowledge of Twitch, including esports/gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends.
