## Description

We are seeking a bank advisor to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Chemnitz. As a bank advisor, you will provide consulting services to private customers on various financial topics, including accounts, digitalization, investments, and private loans.

Responsibilities:

- Provide customer consulting services via phone, video consultation, chat, and co-browsing

- Actively sell standardized products to customers

- Recognize and utilize cross-selling potential

- Maintain high service quality according to customer-oriented sales principles

- Conduct pre- and post-sales activities

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training, preferably as a bank clerk

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services

- Sales experience

- EU-VRR certification

- Cost awareness and ability to think and act in a business-oriented manner

- PC skills and ability to learn job-specific systems

Personal requirements:

- Sales skills and enjoyment of customer contact

- Open and communicative personality

- High learning willingness and motivation

- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension

- Very good communication skills
