## Description

WSP is seeking a full-time Roadside Assistance Driver in Aurora, CO.

The Roadside Assistance Driver is responsible for actively patrolling and managing assigned areas of the E-470 roadway system to support the safety, mobility, and overall experience of the traveling public.

**Schedule:** Thursday - Monday 5:45am - 2:15pm; Off Tuesday and Wednesday Additional hours may be available to cover days off, vacations, business need, etc. May be reassigned on a long-term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company. Considering local candidates only.

**Expected hourly rate is:** $24.29 per hour

**Responsibilities:**

- Monitor roadway conditions and respond to incidents

- Provide roadside support and traffic control

- Coordinate with emergency responders

- Perform roadway maintenance and debris removal

- Deliver high-quality customer service

- Maintain documentation and follow safety procedures

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid Driver’s License

- Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle operation

- Ability to work flexible shifts

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Background screening, MVR, and drug screening required for all candidates upon conditional offer of employment.

**Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:**

- Perform roadway incident response and traffic management duties in active traffic environments

- Operate a vehicle for extended periods

- Frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

- Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures
