## Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial control policies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing regulatory reports and returns

- Participating in regulatory reporting enhancement initiatives

- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of internal controls

- Investigating and resolving reporting issues

- Providing timely support for regulatory reporting related queries and requests

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions or audit firms

- Hands-on experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and returns is an advantage

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

- Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel)
