We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Solution Development).

As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will lead a small team in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions to solve actual business challenges from business stakeholders. You will also guide engineers/teams through complexity and raise engineering standards through day-to-day actions.

In this role, you will have broad engineering exposure across different business value streams and parties, plus agile values-based delivery. You will stay current on applied Generative AI and identify and expose practical opportunities to develop common capabilities that benefit more use cases.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, with good communication in English. You will also require 5+ years' hands-on coding practice, strong Python skills, and usage of cloud-native (GCP/Azure) as well as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Additionally, you will need strong hands-on experience with Agent/Harness/MCP Engineering development and solid hands-on experiences at least one of the following lib langchain deep agent / langgraph / crewAI. You will also need a deep understanding of optimising agent performance in terms of stability, reliability, and latency.

You will demonstrate an AI-native, creative, and innovative mindset by applying AI-driven approaches for solving business problems and improving productivity, quality, and engineering best practices.

Proven team leadership experience with strong ownership and enthusiasm to help teammates grow, resilience under pressure, excellent collaboration skills, and a highly proactive, self-driven approach to delivering results are essential for this role.
