## Description

The Sales Trainee (ST) role is a training position at Red Bull. You will learn the basics of the company, brand, and products, and develop skills to become an Account Sales Manager (ASM).

Responsibilities:

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its distribution company

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans

- Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
