## Description

As a Customs Specialist at Flexport, you will be starting a career at the heart of international trade. You will join the core Customs team and play a pivotal role in clearing goods across international borders using Flexport's state-of-the-art technology.

You will be working with clients, shippers, and government agencies to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Becoming a global trade expert by navigating complex customs regulations

- Managing essential documents and data for smooth customs clearance

- Collaborating with international clients and logistics partners

- Using Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients

- Participating in client business reviews and operational calls

- Following and improving standard operating procedures

This role is for you if you have a 'compliance-first' mindset, are a natural problem-solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
