## Description

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Target. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests.

The starting pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.50 per hour, with a full pay range of $20.50 - $34.85 per hour.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the guest experience

- Collaborate with leaders to improve store visual execution and guest experience

- Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store

- Support the execution of the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing (ISM) elements

- Train and develop team members to improve their visual merchandising skills

- Communicate and support team onboarding and continuous learning

- Demonstrate inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives

- Maintain organisation of backroom space and ensure current signage tools and fixtures are up-to-date

- Create a welcoming experience for guests and engage with them in a helpful and friendly manner

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales

- Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of our brand

- Ability to lead and influence store teams

- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
