## Description

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team as a Premier Relationship Officer. You will work with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Responsibilities:

- Complete daily sales administrative tasks, including organizing and checking sales application forms, signing sales documents, and scanning and filing completed forms.

- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in replying to customer emails, handling banking transaction requests, and other requests from premier clients.

- Handle customer complaints and follow-up tasks.

- Create appointments for customers upon request.

- Identify customers who have not been contacted quarterly and create leads for RMs to follow up.

- Monitor RMs' campaign call lists and event triggers.

- Assist RMs with file reviews, CAMP, FCC calls, or monitoring.

- Cross-sell and refer customer needs to Product Relationship Managers (PRMs).

- Educate customers on digital banking.

- Serve as the main contact point for customers, fulfilling their service needs.

- Ensure proactive updates of accurate customer information in the bank's system.

- Temporarily hold resigned RMs' portfolios and fulfill their service needs.

- Assist RMs in opening accounts.
