## Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by demonstrating a high level of service and customer satisfaction via effective scheduling, inventory management, order planning and processing, SKU data management, backorder prevention, and maintaining supplier communication.

You will analyze and manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets. Additionally, you will publish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysis, monitor and report capacity requirements, and analyze material flow parameters such as lot size, making cycle frequency, replenishment interval, min/max, safety stock.

You will utilize Supply Chain tools and processes such as SAP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and improve supply chain speed. You will also lead and implement cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

## Skills

### Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration
- SAP
- Lean Six Sigma
- Microsoft Excel

### Nice to have
- APICS certification
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects
- Experience with SAP ERP Software
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
