Mission

Successful candidate will lead Flow's regional hiring strategy and execution across MENA, building a scalable, high-performance recruiting function that enables rapid growth while maintaining exceptional talent quality and strong alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

- Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce priorities

- Partner with leadership on hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and organizational scaling

Recruiting & Sourcing

- Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for leadership, corporate, operational, and specialized roles

- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key regional markets

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

- Strengthen Flow's employer brand and market positioning as an employer of choice

- Improve candidate engagement, communication, and experience throughout the recruiting process

Recruiting Operations & Analytics

- Oversee ATS management, recruiting workflows, reporting, and recruiting process optimization

- Establish recruiting dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership teams

Compliance & Workforce Localization

- Support compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, Saudization, and Emiratisation requirements

Hiring Manager Partnership

- Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and recruiting best practices

Team Leadership

- Build, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team while establishing scalable recruiting standards and operating procedures
