## Description

As a Bachelor's Degree Level Paraprofessional with The Menta Education Group, you will be responsible for working with classroom instructors and staff to offer targeted teaching and support to students in the classroom, as well as general support for all students in the school.

The role involves substituting teaching as needed, acting as a paraprofessional, managing classroom behaviors, reporting behavioral concerns, implementing and maintaining behavioral program policies and data, maintaining classroom order and safety, providing general supervision of students, assisting in the prevention and management of incidents, and responding to emergency situations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in an Education-related field, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, Health & Human Services, Kinesiology, or a Sports or Physical Education/Recreation related field. A Substitute Teacher Certificate and Security or Juvenile Justice background are also required or preferred.
