## Description

We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Matthews Sports Training. As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with patients, clinicians, and the community.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

- Deliver high-quality care to patients, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes

- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program

- Current or pending state licensure

- BLS certification

- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

- Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)

- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
