## Description

The Internal Data team at MongoDB is on a mission to power data-informed decisions and applications across the company. We build and scale the data products that MongoDB employees rely on every day.

As a Product Manager, Internal Financial Data, you will drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical data products that power company-wide financial planning, forecasting, spend efficiency, and operational rigor.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial data products

- Partner with Finance leadership to unpack complex business problems and translate high-level financial strategies into concrete data requirements

- Lead cross-functional squads to design, build, and deploy robust pipelines, datasets, dashboards, APIs, and frameworks

- Act as the ultimate advocate for the voice of the data consumer

- Prioritize the product backlog and direct agile delivery

- Establish and track aggressive success metrics

- Own the data lifecycle from deployment to adoption

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of strong, technical Product Management experience, specifically managing data-as-a-product

- Direct experience partnering with Finance teams on planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows

- Deep familiarity with modern data architecture

- Strong product judgment and an outcomes-oriented mindset

- Hands-on experience with ERPs and core finance systems

- Familiarity with FP&A and Workforce Planning ecosystems

- Experience handling sensitive data and SOX compliance

- Strong communication skills

- High autonomy, with the ability to take full ownership of workstreams
