We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a true brand ambassador, you will reflect the Charlotte Tilbury values and drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets. You will support the Business Manager in day-to-day operations and lead by example to promote exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets

- Support the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets

- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the Company's performance

- Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service

- Coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved

- Implement individual and team development plans

- Create a positive and cooperative team culture in store

- Propose plans and events to unlock commercial success

- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards
