## Description

As a member of the Account Management team at Flexport, your mission will be to proactively grow client relationships by building and implementing solutions to their critical supply chain challenges.

You will:

- Develop and launch new solutions for large and complex global Freight Forwarding clients

- Accelerate growth of all services across the Flexport Portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management

- Partner with destination teams in the US and Europe to identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts

- Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute client strategies

- Create alignment with executive-level customer contacts and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date on industry and supply chain developments to educate and support clients

You should have:

- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of delivering innovation and driving results

- Experience working with complicated global team matrices and driving desirable solutions

- Experience building client relationships globally and leveraging them to grow business partnerships

- A passionate approach to achieving team success and inspiring others
