## Description

Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking customer service representatives for written support to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in Player Support, communicating with players and resolving issues such as lost accounts or questions about game details, providing excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets.

Responsibilities include:

- Communicating with players and solving their problems

- Providing excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly evolving environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks

- Full-time availability

- High School Diploma preferred but not required

- Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico

- Office located in Nuevo Polanco
