## Description

We are seeking a full-time Principle Assistant Resident Engineer to join our team in Irvine or San Bernardino, California.

As a Principle Assistant Resident Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for complex construction management projects or programs, serving as an assistant to the Resident Engineer supervising construction engineering and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise and support for construction management projects

- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities

- Analyze construction costs and draft change orders

- Prepare constructability reviews and reports

- Supervise field inspection and field office personnel

- Represent projects at meetings and conferences

Requirements:

- BSCE or related degree

- Minimum of 7 years of experience

- Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and materials

- Valid CA driver's license

- Solid written and verbal skills

- Experience working with railroads
