## Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team based in East Berkshire.

As a Physiotherapist Paediatrics, you will work as part of an experienced team of therapists in a mix of community settings, educational settings, homes, having independence and autonomy to manage your own caseload.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to children and young people with developmental and complex needs. You will be expected to:

- Provide high-quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental/complex needs

- Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providing support to more junior staff and students

- Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested

- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports, including contribution to the EHC Assessment process and tribunals as required

- Use needs-led, impact-based clinical decision-making, and associated outcome measures

- Grade: Band 6

- Location: Upton Hospital, Albert Road, Slough, SL1 2BJ

- Hours: 37.5 hours

- Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00pm/9:00-5:00pm

- Pay Rate: £25.84 per hour

- Contract: Bank

- Duration: 3 months

- Working Pattern: Full-time, Flexible working
