## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work varied shifts including Wednesday 09:00-13:00, Thursday 15:00-19:00, Friday 12:00-16:00, and Saturday 11:00-15:00.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive under pressure

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

This is a frontline role requiring resilience, commitment, and flexibility.
