As a Branch Ambassador at Capital One, you will be the heartbeat of our space, providing exceptional hospitality and blending friendly, attentive service with cutting-edge digital innovation.

You will execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, maintain a compliance-first mindset, and educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.

You will also identify personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to help clients succeed.

The ideal candidate has a natural gift for making people feel welcome and heard, is an early adopter of apps and digital tools, and finds satisfaction in getting numbers right every single time.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Associate’s degree

- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience

- Proficient in G-Suite

- Strong written and oral communication skills
