## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Gateway M40 Banbury store. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running smoothly. You will be responsible for stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
