## Description

We are seeking a Technology Advisory Lead to play a key role in scaling our technology vertical in Thailand. As a Technology Advisory Lead, you will primarily support business development efforts and hold revenue targets for Thailand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning and driving Technology Advisory revenue targets in Thailand

- Identifying, shaping, and converting consulting opportunities with key clients

- Developing compelling proposals, business cases, and executive presentations

- Partnering with Account Executives, Product, Client Services, and VAS teams to create integrated client solutions

- Advising C-suite and senior executives on technology transformation priorities

- Leading diagnostic assessments across payments, digital banking, architecture, APIs, cloud, data, AI, and operating models

- Developing transformation roadmaps and target-state architectures

- Translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes

- Serving as a senior subject matter expert for complex client engagements

- Leading multi-workstream consulting and transformation engagements

- Managing project governance, risks, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality

- Overseeing teams comprising consultants, architects, PMOs, data specialists, and implementation resources

- Ensuring delivery excellence and realization of client outcomes

- Creating repeatable Tech Advisory offerings, methodologies, and IP

- Developing playbooks, frameworks, and reusable assets

- Mentoring and coaching consultants across the region

- Contributing to VCA's growth agenda through innovation and capability building

- Staying abreast of evolving payment technologies, innovations, and strategic partners that may accelerate speed-to-market or enhance our existing products and solutions

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or financial services technology leadership

- Experience in consulting & technology in credit card / payments would be an added advantage

- Experience advising senior executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, Head of Digital)

- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs

- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in originating and growing consulting engagements

- End-to-end technical expertise in payment systems integration, data management, security infrastructure ensuring efficiency, and robust payment solutions

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences

- Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments

- Self-starter individual with a keen appetite for building the business

- Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
