## Description

We are seeking a Product Engineer to own the form, fit, and function of HP Print-heads and provide engineering resolutions to product and manufacturing issues.

As a Product Engineer at HP, you will:

- Provide resolution and implement engineering solutions to product and manufacturing issues

- Engage with R&D and Product Development to enable new product introductions and extensions

- Identify risks early in the program and determine test methods to characterize the product and ensure it meets end-customer needs

- Characterize the product throughout the program to understand risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Drive Product Qualification processes and implement a strong Product Quality System

- Own the form, fit, and function of HP Printheads and drive Change Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process Engineering, Supply Chain, and Tech Support, to improve manufacturing line productivity, yield, and quality

- Conceptualize, develop, and deliver solutions to simplify processes and reduce costs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Material Engineering

- 2-4 years of work experience

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume electronics product manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and organization skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

- Good understanding of quality assurance and process control

- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work well under stress and across functions

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
