## Description

We are seeking a Project Controller to join our Ecology and Environmental Impact Assessment team in Québec. As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in supporting project managers in the financial and administrative management of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting project management processes, including project opening, closing, and quality assurance

- Collaborating with project managers and financial management to ensure cost tracking and control

- Monitoring project progress and deliverables using earned value principles

- Preparing and controlling project schedules of various sizes

- Maintaining project information, including cost reports, progress reports, and billing rates

- Producing financial forecasts until the end of projects

- Tracking change requests and billing instructions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in project planning and control in a service company

- Knowledge of project control and monitoring principles, including earned value

- Bilingualism in French and English

- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel) and planning tools (Oracle, MS Project, or Primavera P6)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

Salary range: BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT : $60,300 – $88,400 MB & ON : $60,900 – $83,800 Atlantic provinces & QC : $60,300 – $80,000
