## Description

We are Digital Sales, an international department within HPE, based in Prague, that grows business in predominantly Commercial customer segment in Central, East and South-East Europe, and Turkey.

The role of Presales Architect, Digital Sales – Polish Speaker is a technical role that involves architecting solutions to achieve customer business outcomes. This includes developing and articulating compelling proposals, ensuring customer business and technical requirements are met, and providing technical expertise to sales teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of technical solutions and customer proposals

- Provide input on key end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs

- Perform due diligence on technical design solutions and meeting customer workload needs

- Develop awareness and explain the relevance of new technologies and trends

- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver effective solutions

- Connect with key partners and stakeholders within an area of specialization

- Proactively help build the pipeline by identifying unmet or unrecognized needs

- Support the opportunity pipeline by leveraging competitor knowledge and partner ecosystem

- Participate in sales forecast meetings

- Document ongoing work throughout the sales cycle

- Develop an understanding of the customer’s ecosystem and how HPE's solutions can align to the ecosystem

- Proactively share knowledge with peers

Education and Experience:

- First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications

- 0-2 years of technical experience in IT

- Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications are preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Basic experience participating and assisting in solution configurations and overall architecture design

- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish

- Basic understanding and awareness of the company portfolio of products, software, services, and solutions

- Basic understanding of the as-a-service business model fundamentals

- Basic written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills

- Demonstrates basic discussion and persuasion skills

- Basic-level business and financial acumen

- Basic consultative and value selling skills

- Hands-on experience with one or more products, solutions, tools, or services
