## Description

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to manage information technology infrastructure, applications, and software within AIA and provide technical support to internal users.

Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.

- Administer Kubernetes workloads, node pools, ingress, scaling, networking, and storage.

- Build and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes deployment configurations.

- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, infrastructure, networking, and application deployment issues.

- Implement Kubernetes and Azure security best practices including RBAC, network policies, secrets management, and workload identity.

- Support high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and platform reliability initiatives.

- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve platform scalability and deployment efficiency.

- Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree from a Four (4) year College or University.

- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes administration.

- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes.

- Knowledge and experience with Docker.

- Knowledge and experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.

- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

- Experience with Kubernetes networking concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in production cloud environments.

- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.

- Knowledge of Azure networking, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security best practices.

- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
