## Description

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Soho Beach House in Canouan, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional member and guest experiences, and optimal profit. As a General Manager, you will be an influential leader and strategic business partner, responsible for day-to-day staff management and representing the Soho House brand.

**Main Duties:**

- Assess business objectives and deliver an elevated, approachable, and profitable experience.

- Provide weekly/daily reports on the business's economic and operational state.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales, staff retention, and exceptional experiences.

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations and service.

- Provide leadership for annual marketing plans and partnerships.

**Required Skills/Qualifications:**

- At least 10+ years of experience managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations.

- Knowledge of local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, and emergency procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

- Strong business aptitude, driven by results and guest satisfaction.
