## Description

Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand founded in 2015, is looking for a Floor Manager to join their team in Montreal.

As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the store team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Customer Experience:**

- Provide personalized and memorable customer service, building relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations.

- Execute sales programs expertly and coach others to do the same.

- Develop product expertise, staying up-to-date on Mejuri's products and latest launches.

- Assist the team in implementing customer-centric campaigns and developing business relationships.

**Sales:**

- Ensure key performance indicators are continuously met, focusing on team and individual goals.

- Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce expenses, and drive business growth.

- Support the management team in identifying new sales opportunities and generating traffic.

- Develop business through customer profiling, finding new customers, and strengthening existing relationships.

- Manage sales floor operations, coaching the sales team and providing real-time feedback.

**Operations:**

- Oversee daily operational workflows, adhering to standard procedures, including store opening and closing, inventory management, and staff supervision.

- Process various transactions, such as purchases, returns, and exchanges.

- Manage inventory tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stock transfers.

- Collaborate with store management to improve daily operations and maintain store appearance.

**Visual Merchandising:**

- Work with the visual merchandising team to analyze performance indicators and monitor stock levels.

- Provide support during sales campaigns and ensure timely execution of visual merchandising initiatives.

- Maintain daily visual displays and report damaged products.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment.

- Strong adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

- Critical thinking and action planning skills.

- Physical demands: standing for 8 hours, lifting 23 kg, and occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.

**Salary:** The salary range for this position is $21-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
