## Description

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives in India. You will be responsible for selling Salesforce solutions into large enterprise accounts, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, and creating satisfied customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts

- Handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics

- Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to increase overall revenue generation

- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately

- Identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a qualified target account list

- Develop a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge

- Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling

- Update the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data

**Requirements:**

- 8-10 years of enterprise solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar

- Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals

- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

- Experience selling into large manufacturing companies

- Strategic account planning and execution skills

- Demonstrated consultative sales solution skills

- Experience selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units

- Strong technical competence
