## Description

As a Pharmacy Support and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding pharmacy service to patients and partner organizations.

You will serve as the key point of contact for pharmacy-related support inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate service while ensuring clinical queries are recognized and escalated to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Serving as the key point of contact for pharmacy-related support inquiries

- Accurately applying conversation attributes to patient conversations

- Supporting pharmacy investigations and insurance processing administration

- Assisting with day-to-day pharmacy operations, including order packing and warehouse organization

- Partnering with the pharmacy team to resolve delivery issues and recommend improvements to workflows and support resources

Requirements:

- 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of communication and documentation

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work in a team environment and promote company culture

- Proficiency in both English and French, verbal and written
