## Job Title: AI Engineer - Paige

### About the Role

At Pave, we're building the industry's leading compensation platform. As an AI Engineer on the Paige team, you'll shape the technical vision and execution of our autonomous AI compensation analyst. You'll work with a team of engineers and data scientists to build the product end-to-end and take it to market.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production systems using LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features end-to-end

- Apply pragmatic engineering judgment to balance speed and quality

- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
