## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Partnership Office Analyst Intern to join their team for a 12-month internship. The intern will have hands-on exposure to strategic account management, business analytics, and executive support within a global life sciences organization.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes for partnership management

- Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across strategic accounts

- Coordinate governance meetings and conduct research and analysis to generate insights for client solutions

- Support customer and partnership surveys, account reviews, and strategic planning materials

- Manage calendar, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leadership

- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions

- Help organize industry conferences, executive meetings, and client-facing activities

- Track budgets and monitor expenses

- Organize business documents, presentations, and records

- Support executive presentations, reports, and business communications

**Requirements**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or International Business

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Italian a plus)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)

- Curiosity about the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and comfort working across international teams
