## Description

Mastercard's Small & Medium Enterprise team is seeking a Manager, Product Management to drive customer experience strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial.

As a Manager, Product Management, you will liaise between internal teams and technical teams, translating customer needs into deliverable features. You will work closely with engineering teams for product development and delivery, and participate in prioritization discussions.

Responsibilities:

- Translate customer needs into deliverable features and define detailed product requirements

- Elaborate features with a focus on customer value and ensure engineers can execute the intended outcome

- Work with development teams, software architects, and stakeholders to deliver features and validate technical delivery

- Prepare launches, monitor product performance, and support post-launch reviews

- Support development of user guides and release documentation

Requirements:

- Experience in delivering cutting-edge customer experiences and using components for creating front-end interfaces

- Solid experience with RESTful services and digital product development

- Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and communicate with technical specialists

- Experience in requirements gathering and relationship building with customers

- Proven Agile experience and ability to work closely with scrum teams

- Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
